As a long-time Mercer Island resident, I can help you explore and evaluate the many different neighborhoods on the island, as well as, the surrounding areas to find the one that best fits your lifestyle.

When selling a home, I do more than take pictures and post the listing on the NWMLS.
I follow the market trends daily to give you an accurate price analysis of your home.
As my client, you will receive selling tips on what can be done to enhance your home’s appearance for a quick sale at a higher price, a resource list of recommended professionals to help you show your home at its best, and, most importantly, I follow up with agents, who show your home, to get feedback on what their clients liked about your home and if they are ready to make an offer.

For my Buyers, I will keep you up-to-date on new listings and home sales (for market value), and together we will maneuver through the title report, inspections, and the occasional lender glitch to a smooth closing. We are seeing more cash deals in the current market and this means more leverage on pricing or multiple offers when purchasing a home. An experienced agent with great negotiating skills is crucial when making an offer in a multiple offer situations.

I have resources that can help with fixing up your home, cleaning before or after selling your home, in-depth inspections, and lenders who are experienced with standard lending at 20% down, FHA and VA lending, or helping those with a larger down payment find the best interest rate.

Mercer Island has been my home for many years and after raising 5 children on the island, I can truly say that it is a wonderful place to call home. During my child rearing years, I immersed myself in the wonderful Mercer Island community as a member of the board for the MI boys and girls club, as a Cub Scout leader, a religious education instructor at St Monica’s Church, and either chaired, co-chaired, or helped out with the many community dances, auctions, and events.

Off-island, my past community involvement included co-chairing Harborview’s fundraiser for their trauma burn center where I met many amazing doctors and staff who have made some incredible discoveries for treating and healing burn victims.

My most recent involvement has been in the fascinating area of brain research and development, through the work of one of my cherished clients who specializes in Alzheimer care.
